I really appreciate and admire this company’s integrity. I had some damage to my front bumper and got an outrageous estimate from another business. Lawrence was thorough with me and detailed and moved with honesty. I can appreciate that as a young women especially. Highly Recommend!!!

I found this place by accident, and I'm so glad I did. About 18 months ago, shortly after getting a new car, I ended up with some deep scratches on my front bumper while trying to figure out the best way to park it in my garage. Fast forward to this spring: my car was hit while parked at my kid's baseball game. It turned out the person responsible didn't have insurance, and I didn't want to pay my deductible. So, I started searching for a mobile detailer who could fix my bumper. Through a referral from a shop that said my repair was beyond their scope, I found someone. Unfortunately, their work was... not great. It honestly looked like something my four-year-old could have done with a few cans of spray paint. I wasn't happy, and my wife was furious. I gave the guy a few chances to make things right, but he didn't seem very interested. After a couple of chargebacks, I resigned myself to fixing it myself. I went to an auto paint supplier in Smyrna to get supplies and a bit of guidance. When I explained my situation, the guy there took pity on me. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK! Mr. Lawrence Peltier and his team are by far the worst mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. I brought my Hummer in on March 24, 2025, for a timing chain issue (P0014, P0017, C0300 codes), and didn’t get it back until May 7—with nothing fixed. There was zero customer service: no updates, no urgency, and certainly no professionalism. I had to chase them down for every single update. Two weeks went by with no word. When I finally called, Lawrence said it might be a sensor issue and they’d try replacing the cam sensor. Another week and a half later, still no updates until I called again. He then said it was the timing chain and asked me to pay for the parts, promising a 3–4 day turnaround. A week and a half passed again—same pattern. I had to keep calling, and when he finally claimed the timing chain was installed, he blamed a new issue on the truck’s computer, saying some vague “diagnostic team” would come flash it with no time frame. He also made it clear my vehicle was not a priority. After waiting another week and a half, still with no communication, I called again. (It's been over a month now!) First off, I would like to say that Lawrence and his crew did more than an amazing job on my vehicle. I am still in awe. They treated me like family from the gate. He kept me informed every step of the way, and if you look at my vehicle, you can’t even tell anything was wrong with it so if you were looking for the work done right, I suggest that you go see Lawrence and his crew with your issues. Trust me you won’t regret it. They are amazing.

DISAPPOINTED - Complete Auto Body Detail Paint came highly recommended by a good friend who’s used them for past collision repair, and after looking over the reviews, I was confident in using them for my front door replacement after my recent auto accident. Initially, speaking w/ owner Lawrence Peltier during the damage assessment, I felt assured that my vehicle would be in great hands for the repair. Unfortunately, I didn’t experience the quality of customer service that I anticipated throughout the process. Upon dropping my car at the shop, there were delays in opening my door, where it took a week to perform. I was concerned about the delay, however, more so, there was a lack of communication in making me aware of the issues encountered, as well as presenting options that could of expedited this process. Lawrence was indisposed due to an emergency so his shop team was supposed to contact me about the ordeal, however, I never heard from anyone and if it wasn’t for my proactiveness in calling the shop throughout the week, I wouldn’t of been aware of the scenario.
